Isabel Schwartzbach

Danish soprano and actress Isabel Schwartzbach was trained at the Danish National Academy of Music and furthered her studies at Stella Adler Studio of Acting in New York City. Her ethereal, crystal clear soprano voice and striking vocal ability has garnered numerous roles in musical theatre as well as made her a highly sought after singer in crossover constellations.

In 2018 Schwartzbach starred as Maria in West Side Story (Aarhus Theater and Aalborg Theater). Immediately following WSS, she starred as Christine Daaé in Andrew Lloyd-Webber’s The Phantom of the Opera at The New Theater, Copenhagen, in 2018-2019. Other credits include Maria Rainer in The Sound of Music (Hedeland Amphitheater), Cosette in Les Misérables (Aarhus Theater) and Hodel in Fiddler on the Roof (The New Theater).
