Mikkel Lyneborg opens the doors to an instrumental guitar rock universe, from a 24-year-old
guitarist, producer, and mixer from Copenhagen. His music is centered around powerful riffs and
memorable melodies. The sound is big — stadium anthems and raw energy, while remaining
melodic and nuanced. After moving from Odense to Copenhagen at the age of 21 to pursue music,

Mikkel was taken under the wings of Søren Andersen at Medley Studios — a turning point that
sharpened his craft as both a musician and producer.
As the founder of hard rock band Alone In Rome, he ignited his creative fire, and the debut single
“Don’t Wait For Me” was produced, mixed, and mastered by Mikkel himself at Medley Studios.
The track received praise from some of the biggest names in the industry, including Chris Baseford
(Nickelback, Shinedown, Daughtry). In 2024, Mikkel became the first Scandinavian EVH artist —
a årecognition of his technical ability and distinctive tone. Live, he draws on the spirit of classic
rock, with influences ranging from Joe Satriani and Andy Timmons to Mammoth and Slash,
combining virtuosity with audience-friendly hooks.

Mikkel is now ready to release his debut EP, arriving in autumn 2026. The time has come for an
exclusive glimpse behind the studio sessions and a first introduction to a project that promises bot
a massive sound and uncompromising guitar-driven music.
