Simone September is a Danish singer and songwriter whose music blends R&B, soul, jazz, and pop into a warm, dreamy soundscape.
Known for her soft, emotionally rich vocals and introspective lyrics, she creates intimate songs about her own personal life and self-discovery. Raised in a creative family - Simone began writing poems and songs at the age of 13 and soon started formal vocal training. Her sound draws inspiration from artists like SADE, Rhye, H.E.R., Cleo Sol, and Snoh Aalegra, while staying rooted in her own personal and sensibility.
All music is produced in close collaboration with producer Oliver Kjølstad. Since her debut, she has released three singles, was named “Ugens uimodståelige” by Bands of Tomorrow, and performed at Distortion Festival in Copenhagen. She is currently working on new material and developing a visual and musical universe through her Instagram presence.
