Zizou (born Aziz Lokti) is a 20-year-old rapper, singer, and producer from Nørrebro, Copenhagen. He began producing beats at age 15 and quickly fell in love with the craft before stepping in front of the mic himself. Over the past five years, he has developed a versatile sound that blends rap, afro, R&B, and trap — a balance of sharp flows, heartfelt lyrics, and soulful melodies.
After years of juggling school and limited resources, Zizou committed fully to music in early 2025. He joined Studio 5 near Kløvermarken and soon took part in a songwriting camp hosted by Spotlight Space, which sparked key collaborations and a deeper artistic confidence. Since then, he has been locked in, building his catalog, refining his skills, and stepping into his role as a professional producer.
Zizou’s music is raw yet melodic — authentic stories delivered with rhythm and bounce, always aiming to resonate deeply while keeping the listener moving. Influenced by artists like Dave and Artigeardit, he blends rap’s lyrical intensity with afro-inspired grooves and R&B-driven emotion. His artist name “Zizou” comes from his Tunisian family nickname, carried with him since childhood.
Though he has never released a solo single before, Zizou has co-produced and co-written tracks with peers, and worked closely with pianist/producer Milo Doky, who has shaped much of his sound. Now, with his debut release, Zizou is ready to step out and share his world.
